Terms & Conditions

All orders / indents shall be supplied at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch.

All orders placed directly or through agents shall be valid only after confirmation from our Head Office.

All prices are Ex-Works, Jalandhar, and are inclusive of packing charges.

GST @ 18% shall be charged extra, as applicable.

Goods are packed with due care. All consignments are booked at Transporter's Risk. After handover, the carrier acts as the Indentor's agent, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or pilferage in transit. Transit claims must be settled directly with the carrier.

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled without our written consent. Orders may be supplied in full or part subject to production capacity. Delays due to force majeure events (war, lockouts, breakdowns, riots, etc.) are not our responsibility.

Each consignment dispatched contains a Packing Slip. Any shortage found in an intact package must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery for verification.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be dispatched only against payment. Delivery documents (Way Bill / Railway Receipt) will be released through a scheduled bank or on V.P. (Value Payable) basis, meaning the goods will be delivered only after full payment is received.

New customers are required to remit 25% of the order value as advance.

Sales Tax or any other government levies, as applicable at the time of dispatch, shall be charged extra.

All disputes arising out of orders placed directly or through agents shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Jalandhar.
